Return Conditions:

Returns are only accepted for defective products.

You must notify us of the defect within 10 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at : christurnercrafts@outlook.com with your order number and a detailed description of the defect, along with photos of the defective product.

Only the authorized defective item must be included in the return package; other items will not be returned.

Return Shipping Costs:

The shipping costs for returning a defective product will be covered by the seller.

Refund:

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
